  • Wellness & Self-Care Discussion Panel

Please join us for a discussion regarding fitness, nutrition, and relieving daily stress on the mind and body. As business owners, parents, and professionals, self-care often gets pushed aside or put off for "another day". CAPCIL's CSBG Small Business Coalition has assembled a panel of local professionals who can speak to the importance of true self-care for everyone, provide information on these topics, and tips on how busy people can incorporate self-care practices into their lives. The panel will include a local fitness instructor, message therapist, yoga instructor, and health care professional.

The hour long program will showcase the amazing talents of two central Illinois Artists whose careers include performances with the Illinois Symphony Orchestra and the Millikin Decatur Symphony Orchestra.

The program will include works by contemporary area composers that explore the idiomatic capabilities of the instruments and highlight the artist's exceptional talents.

The program is free and open to the public and we invite you to meet and chat with the artists following the program. Light refreshments will be provided.
