Pioneer games and activities throughout both days along with LIVE MUSIC by Chris Vallillo and Mike Anderson. So, bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the weekend.

Sign up for the ​Railsplitting Metric Century & Family Bike Ride - This ride is in conjunction with Lincoln's very own Railsplitting Festival. Ride includes routes of 62, 27, and 5 miles through historic Logan County, IL. ​The 62 and 27 milers enjoy the scenic views of our historic countryside while soaking in our hometown hospitality. We have SAG stops along the route that offer snacks, drinks, and a fun atmosphere to rest. The participants of the 62 and 27 mile ride will receive a free t-shirt. They will also receive a $5 food voucher to use after the ride at the Railsplitting Festival.

The Railsplitting Festival began in 1970. It is a family festival celebrating the Pioneer Spirit of the time when Abraham Lincoln lived in Central Illinois. Come see hands-on demonstrations of pioneer games and contests as well as:
- Log-cutting competitions
- Tomahawk throwing
- Corn shucking competitions
- Water boiling competitions

- Car show
