Latham Cemetery is the oldest cemetery in Logan County. The first grave was for Emily Latham in 1826. James Latham was the first settler known to occupy Elkhart Hill and filed his land claim in 1824. He also died in 1826 and is buried in Latham Cemetery. There are just a little over 100 marked graves that include many of the earliest pioneers in Elkhart and Logan County.

It is a bit off the beaten track and you have to take back roads to get there. There is a gate and a fence on the south side of the cemetery.
