This historic land was established in 1868 as a private residence of the Gillett family, this has continued for 8 generations. In 2018, a portion of the property traded hands and was purchased by the Conn Family. They are renovating this 30 acre property into a vineyard, orchard, gardens, apiary, farm cottage rental, horse boarding, and livestock. Renovations began in 2020.
